Matt has approved that this ISP be paid on net 30 terms, a green sheet was submitted for this change.
Herriges Lawn & Landscaping Inc. – This ISP is good to have for this site. ISP took site from 2-inch trigger to 1 inch trigger without changing pricing. The ISP did however want to quit if payments are late. The ISP claims that late payments lock the property out of their schedule system. Once payment is going to be due make sure to send an email to AP to start looking into payment so payment is released before it is late. ISP will quit if payment is not sent on time.
