Clarance is the onsite contact. Make sure you are being proactive with ISP because Clarance can be more reactive and will reach out when there are issues. Clarance is easy to get along with just make sure you are staying in contact with him until issues are resolved.
Snow Bandit replaced Luna Lawn Care.
Make sure to talk to Clarance and ISP on where snow needs to be piled. Snow should NOT be piled in gated area. All snow needs to be pushed out of gated area. Also drive lanes should be cleared enough for one truck to enter and one to exit. Please review with Clarance and ISP prior to season starting.
The property is located on a gravel lot. ISP should be experienced with gravel lots.
