Computer Clean Up

Prior to reaching out to the Admin Team for assistance with computer and IT-related concerns, please follow the checklist provided. 

• Complete computer software updates
       Settings
       Updates and Security
       Check for Updates
       Allow for updates and all installations to be completed. 

• Run the Wise Disk Cleaner
       Open application
       Click “Scan” (may take a few minutes to complete scan)
       Once finished, the application will have a button for “Clean.”
       Click on “Clean” (may take a few minutes to complete scan)
       Close application once complete 

• Delete unnecessary documents on desktop. 

• Delete items in Recycle Bin 

• Turn off computer and wait 1 minute prior to turning back on
