Prior to reaching out to the Admin Team for assistance with computer and IT-related concerns, please follow the checklist provided. 

    • When you first go into Excel or Word when you are having licensing issues, a pop-up will come up and say “Login, Enter Product Key, or Close Microsoft”.
    • Click on the “Enter Product Key”.
    • From this screen you can close out of the pop up (If you try to do it on the first screen it closes the app entirely).
    • Once pop-up is closed, go to the top right and click on the name that it is showing, and then sign out of all the accounts.
    • After you have signed out, login under your APS number.
